Lauren Nicole is a Southern California based creative, who works in a variety of styles and mediums. She draws inspiration from her Indigenous heritage, being of Tongva and Chumash descent, her spirituality, and her love of nature.
Lauren's passion for art and creativity stems from her own life experience. From a young age, Lauren used art to process significant and challenging life experiences. Therefore, healing and a woman's perspective are significant themes in her work.
Through her appreciation for the arts, Lauren found she had a unique way of experiencing the world around us and is grateful for the opportunity to share not only her work but her outlook.
In addition to her creative pursuits, Lauren's passion for nature and environmental preservation led her to obtain her bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Studio Art from Hawaii Pacific University as well as her master's in Geographic Information Systems and Science from Cal State Long Beach (Puvunga).
